I’ve been in the travel industry for 26 years, working in Sales. My favourite destination we offer is Mallorca, especially the areas close to the beach, port and woodlands, and the dish that’s stayed with me is mezza from Cyprus, which has got everything you could want on one table.

No two days are the same in this job. I can be talking to agents, groups and customers one day, then out on the road helping promote the company the next. My top travel tip is a practical one: take a multi plug extension cord.

Outside of work, I enjoy road cycling and padel.
