Competition

This competition is run and organised by Involved Holidays Ltd, registered in England and registered at Involved Holidays, Innovation Centre, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 7WB. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Employees and immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of Involved Holidays Limited are not eligible to enter. Any entries received outside the entry period will not be accepted and will be void.

There is a maximum of 5 entries per person per month. An entry is a photo taken on an Involved Holiday (recommended to be between 1MB and 10MB) plus a caption of up to 75 words. To enter, email photo@involvedholidays.com or enter via social media using the hashtag #involvedholidays.

Each quarter a panel of judges from Involved Holidays will select their favourite entry. Each quarterly winner will be notified the week after the previous quarter. The decision is final. Photographs must be original and taken by the entrant. Any evidence of copyright infringement or plagiarism will automatically disqualify the entrant from any further competitions.

Entries must not contain any content that is defamatory, libellous, racist, homophobic, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, sexist, illegal and/or otherwise inappropriate. Entrants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk.

Entrants confirm that each individual featured in the competition entry has given consent for the use of his/her/their image in connection with this competition and in accordance with these terms and conditions, and will indemnify Involved Holidays against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement. Where an individual featured in an entry is aged less than 18 years, the entrant confirms that the parent or guardian of that individual has given the relevant consent.

By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and locations for publicity and news purposes related to this campaign. Entrants retain copyright of their submitted entries. However, by entering, all entrants grant Involved Holidays Limited a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for general promotional activity, publicity and news purposes.

Winners will be notified by email or social media messenger using the details provided. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners; if a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Involved Holidays reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize voucher entitles the winner to £100 off any Involved Holiday taken within 12 months of the issue date, subject to availability and Involved Holidays standard booking conditions. Vouchers can only be used against final balance payments and may not be redeemed retrospectively on holidays which have already been paid in full. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing offer. To claim the £100 voucher the holiday value must be £700 or over.

Personal information collected to enter the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and prizes. We will retain personal contact details beyond the end of the competition only where there is a likelihood that we may use the content in promotional material in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Involved Holidays will not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition. Involved Holidays reserves the right to cancel, modify or end the competition and its prizes at any time. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and Involved Holidays reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of them. Involved Holidays' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms apply to the Involved Holidays Spot the Difference competition, which runs on our Facebook page from 7 to 14 October 2026.

1. The Promoter

1.1The promoter is Involved Holidays Limited, Harborough Innovation Centre, Market Harborough, LE16 7WB. Telephone: 01858 896111.

1.2By entering the Involved Holidays Spot the Difference competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Who can enter

2.1The Competition is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Residents of the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and offshore islands are not eligible.

2.2Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition may not enter.

2.3We may ask the winner for proof of age and address. If they cannot provide it, we may disqualify them and select another winner.

3. How to enter

3.1The Competition opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 7 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 14 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

3.2To enter, you must:

• follow the Involved Holidays Facebook page;
• find the differences in the Spot the Difference image published on our Facebook page and website; and
• send a direct message to the Involved Holidays Facebook page saying how many differences you have found.

3.3Entries are only accepted by direct message to the Involved Holidays Facebook page. Comments, emails, phone calls and messages sent through any other platform will not count as entries.

3.4Only one entry is allowed per person. If you send more than one, only your first entry will count. Entries sent in bulk, automatically or through a third party are invalid.

3.5The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3.6You must still be following the Involved Holidays Facebook page when the winner is drawn.

3.7We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical faults or problems with Facebook. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

4. The prize

4.1There is one prize: an Involved Holidays navy luggage strap, approximate retail value £20.

4.2The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Choosing and contacting the winner

5.1On 15 October 2026, one winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries with the correct answer. The draw will be made by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, or under the supervision of an independent person.

5.2We will contact the winner by direct message from the Involved Holidays Facebook page by 16 October 2026.

5.3The winner must reply within 7 days of being contacted, giving their full name and postal address and confirming they are aged 18 or over. If they do not reply in time, they lose the prize and we will draw another winner in the same way.

5.4We will only contact the winner from the official Involved Holidays Facebook page. We will never ask for bank details, passwords or any payment to claim the prize.

5.5We will post the prize free of charge to the winner’s address in mainland Great Britain or Northern Ireland within 28 days of receiving their details.

5.6We will announce the winner’s first name and surname initial (for example, “Sarah T.”) on our Facebook page and website within 7 days of the draw. Anyone may ask for the winner’s surname and county by writing to us at the address in clause 1.1 within one month of the closing date. The winner can object to this information being published or shared by telling us, but we may still have to give it to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

6. Your data, Facebook and general terms

6.1We will use entrants’ personal information only to run the Competition and deliver the prize, in line with UK data protection law and our privacy policy. We will not use it for marketing. We will delete the winner’s details once the prize has been delivered and any queries have been dealt with.

6.2This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Facebook and Meta from all liability connected with the Competition. Any questions should be sent to us, not to Facebook.

6.3We may disqualify anyone who breaks these terms, enters dishonestly or behaves abusively towards our staff or other entrants.

6.4We may change, suspend or cancel the Competition if something beyond our reasonable control prevents it from running as planned. Any changes will be posted on our Facebook page.

6.5Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or affects your statutory rights.

6.6Our decision on the result of the draw is final.

6.7These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
