Once every annual quarter (March, June, September & December) a winner will be chosen and awarded the prize of a £100 discount voucher towards a future Involved Holidays booking a Involved Holidays Daysack and Water Bottle.

Terms & conditions

Please read these terms & conditions before entering the competition. By entering you are accepting  the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. This competition is run and organised by Involved Holidays Ltd registered in England under company registration number and registered at Involved Holidays, Innovation Centre, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 7WB.  Entrants must be 18 years or over. Employees and immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of Involved Holidays Limited are not eligible to enter. Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted and be void. There is a maximum of 5 entries per person per month. An entry is a photo taken on an Involved Holiday, Holiday (recommended to be between 1MB and 10MB) plus caption (up to 75 words). To enter please visit www.involvedholidays.com/photo-competition or enter via social media using the hashtag #discoverrelaxexplore. Each quarter a panel of judges from Involved Holidays will select their favourite entry. Each quarterly winner will be notified by the week after the previous quarter. The decision is final. Photographs must be original and taken by the entrant. Any evidence of copyright or plagiarism will be automatically disqualify the entrant from any further competitions Entries for this competition must not contain any content that is defamatory, libellous, racist, homophobic, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, sexist, illegal, and/or otherwise inappropriate. Entrants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk. Entrants confirm that each individual who is featured in the competition entry has given consent for the use of his/her/their image in connection with this competition and in accordance with these terms and conditions, and will indemnify Involved Holidays against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement. Where an individual featured in a competition entry is aged less than 18 years the entrant confirms that the parent or guardian of that individual has given the relevant consent. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and locations for publicity & news purposes related to this campaign. Entrants will retain copyright of their submitted entries. However, by entering, all entrants grant Involved Holidays Limited a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for general promotional activity, publicity and news purposes. Winners will be notified by email or social media messenger using the details provided. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners; if a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Involved Holidays reserve the right to select an alternative winner. The prize voucher entitles the winner to £100 off any Involved Holiday taken within 12 months of the issue date, subject to availability and Involved Holidays standard booking conditions. Vouchers can only be used against final balance payments and may not be redeemed retrospectively on holidays which have already been paid in full. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing offer. To claim the £100 voucher the the holiday value must be  £700 and over. Personal information collected to enter the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and prizes. We will retain personal contact details beyond the end of the competition only where there is a likelihood that we may use the content in promotional material in accordance with these terms and conditions. Involved Holidays will not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition. Involved Holidays reserves the right to cancel, modify or end the competition and its prizes at any time. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Involved Holidays  reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. Involved Holidays decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
