Approximately 10 – 14 days before you travel, once your final balance has been received, we’ll send you all of your final travel documentation, giving you everything you need to know before you head to the airport.
Your documentation pack will include your full itinerary, hotel details, transfer information, and any other important details specific to your holiday – everything neatly organised so you have it all in one place and can refer back to it whenever you need.
When it comes to checking in for your flight, where we can, we will check you in on your behalf and send you digital copies of your boarding passes. Some airlines require you to check in at the aiport or through an app. Don’t worry though – your travel documentation will make it clear exactly what to expect with your specific airline, so there’ll be no confusion or last-minute uncertainty. If you have any questions our team are always available to speak to.
