Terms and Conditions
These booking conditions form your contract with Involved Holidays Ltd. Please read them before you book.
Part one
Booking & payment
Your booking
Your contract – when you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we send our confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. You may however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so.
Payment
In order to confirm your holiday, the appropriate deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of the holiday cost must be received by the Balance Due Date which will be shown on your confirmation invoice.
Balance due date
8 weeks before
departure — holidays with a flight
Balance due date
6 weeks before
departure — holidays with no flight
If you are booking after these dates full payment must accompany your booking. Reminders are not sent. If we do not receive payments due in full, on time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements and retain your deposit.
Holiday price
We reserve the right to change the prices of any of our holidays at any time. You will be advised of the current price of the holiday that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed. The price we charge for your travel arrangements is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges after your contract is confirmed. Please note that items such as local city taxes at your holiday destination are not included in our prices and will be payable by you in situ.
Special requests
If you have a request, you must advise us at time of booking. Although we will try to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract. We cannot accept any booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a particular request. All such bookings will be treated as standard bookings subject to these provisions.
Part two
Changes & cancellation
Changes by you
If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. You will be asked to pay an administration charge of £25 per person, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.
You can transfer your booking to another person, who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days before departure. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer.
Note: certain travel arrangements (eg. Air Tickets) may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the booking arrangement.
Cancellation
Should you or a member of your party need to cancel the holiday once it has been confirmed, you must immediately advise us by email. Notice of cancellation is only effective when the email is received (see Date Received in the table below). Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges in the table (shown as loss of deposit up to the Balance Due Date and percentages of the total holiday cost thereafter). Insurance premiums are non refundable.
| Date received | Holidays with a flight | No flight |
|---|---|---|
| More than 56 days | Loss of deposit | Loss of deposit |
| More than 42 days | 50% | Loss of deposit |
| 42–29 days | 50% | 50% |
| 28–8 days | 75% | 75% |
| 7 days or less | 100% | 100% |
The Date Received is the number of days before the departure date of the holiday we receive your cancellation in writing. Should one of the members of your party cancel who are sharing a double/twin room, the relevant single room supplement will become payable and added to your holiday cost.
Our cancellation
If we cancel your holiday – we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will not cancel after the Balance Due Date has passed except for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, failure by you to pay the final balance, or because the minimum number required for the package to go ahead hasn’t been reached. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances is a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
If your holiday is cancelled by us you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an alternative holiday of comparable standard from us if we offer one (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). In the event a refund is paid to you, we will provide a full refund of your travel insurance premiums if you paid them to us and can show that you are unable to transfer or reuse your policy. We shall pay compensation as shown in the table below except where the cancellation is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (see definition above).
Our alterations
If we make changes to your holiday – it is a term of your booking that we are able to make changes to any aspect of your booking at any time. If the change is insignificant, we will ensure that you are notified about it. Examples of insignificant changes include alteration of your outward/return flights, which reduces your holiday duration by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type, change of accommodation to another of the same or higher star rating, changes of airline, a change of overseas airport.
If we alter significantly any of the main characteristics of the travel services that make up your package we will give you the choice of accepting the change, receiving a refund, or, if one is offered, switching to an alternative holiday. If you choose to accept a refund we shall pay compensation as shown in the table below except where the cancellation is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (see definition above).
Number of days before departure we advise you of cancellation or significant change. Compensation for each full fare paying customer:
| Notice given | With flight | No flight |
|---|---|---|
| More than 56 days | Nil | Nil |
| 56–43 days | £10 | Nil |
| 42–29 days | £20 | £10 |
| 28–15 days | £30 | £15 |
| 14–0 days | £40 | £20 |
The compensation that we offer does not exclude you from claiming more if you are entitled to do so.
Costs incurred by you
If we make a significant change to or cancel your travel arrangements for any reason, we will not reimburse any expenses, costs or losses you incur relating to payments to third parties, including, but not limited to, insurance premiums, car parking, hotel accommodation, currency, connecting flights, or other travel arrangements such as kennelling fees etc.
Part three
Protection & liability
Travel insurance
You must have valid and appropriate travel insurance for the full duration of your trip. We may ask you to provide evidence of your travel insurance and if you cannot do so or do not purchase any such insurance we will not allow you to travel and will treat your holiday as cancelled with the applicable cancellation fee being due.

Overseas holiday
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
Our liability to you
You must inform us without undue delay of any failure to perform or improper performance of the travel services included in this package. If any of the travel services included in your package are not performed in accordance with the contract, or are improperly performed, by us or the travel service suppliers, and this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or compensation, or both. We will not be liable where any failure to perform or improper performance of the travel services is due to: you or another member of your party; or a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel services in the package; or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, which means a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
Our liability in cases involving, luggage, personal property, and money is limited to the excess for such items on your travel insurance policy. Our liability, except in cases involving, luggage, personal property, money, death, injury or illness, shall be limited to a maximum of twice the basic cost of your travel arrangements excluding, supplements, extras, extensions and insurance. Our liability will also be limited in accordance with and/or in an identical manner to a) the contractual terms of the companies that provide the travel services that make up your package. These terms are incorporated into this booking; and b) any relevant international convention, for example the Montreal Convention in respect of travel by air, the Athens Convention in respect of travel by sea, the Berne Convention in respect of travel by rail and the Paris Convention in respect of the provision of accommodation, which limit the amount of and conditions under which compensation can be claimed for death, injury, delay to passengers and loss, damage and delay to luggage. We are to be regarded as having all benefit of any limitation of the extent of or the conditions under which compensation is to be paid under these or any conventions. You can ask us for copies of the travel service contractual terms, or the international conventions.
It is a condition of our acceptance of liability that you notify us and our supplier(s) in strict accordance with our terms of any claim made by you or any member of your party. Any person(s) to whom any price reduction or compensation is made (and their parent or guardian if that person is under 18 years of age) must assign to ourselves or our insurers any rights they may have to pursue any third party in connection with the claim. In all circumstances you must provide us and our insurers with all assistance we may reasonably require. This clause is intended to set out our obligations to you as an ‘organiser’ in the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Please note we regret we cannot make any payment to you or any member of your party if the person concerned is not entitled to one from us under these Regulations.
Additional assistance
If you’re in difficulty whilst on holiday and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur, if the difficulty is your fault.
Complaints and problems
If you have a complaint about any of the services included in your holiday, you must inform us, our resort representative, and the relevant supplier (e.g. hotelier) without undue delay who will endeavour to put things right. (Please note we deal with all eventual complaints after your return and will not engage in email conservations while you are away unless the matter is urgent and capable of immediate remedy on the spot.) If it is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by emailing info@involvedholidays.com giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your email concise and to the point. If you fail to follow the requirement to report your complaint in resort we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify it and this may affect your rights under this booking.
Part four
Travelling with us
Fitness to travel
If you or a member of your party has a medical problem/disability which may affect your holiday, please tell us before you book so that we can advise accordingly. You must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. Please note that to get the best out of your visit, certain places may involve walking on inclines, through cobbled streets etc. If we feel unable to accommodate the needs of the person concerned, or reasonably feel that the enjoyment of other travellers may be prejudiced, we reserve the right to decline/cancel their reservation. We regret we cannot accept any bookings from wheelchair users unless travelling with a companion able and willing to take responsibility when boarding coaches, trains etc. and on excursions. If this proves not to be the case at the start of or during your holiday, we shall assist in making arrangements for your immediate return to the UK at your own cost and we shall not pay compensation or make any refund in respect of holiday curtailment. NB Our representatives, guides, coach drivers etc. are not permitted to offer physical assistance.
Entry requirements to your destination
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements (including any procedures required by airlines at check-in).
Behaviour
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions. We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, annoyance or distress to any third party or damage to property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service. We will have no further responsibility toward such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
Timings
All timings given are for general guidance only and are subject to change. Please note that changes to flight departure times which reduce your holiday duration by less than 12 hours are not significant changes. Precise timings, intended order of excursions/visits and joining instructions will be emailed approximately ten days before departure.
Flight delays
While we shall try to assist in every way to minimise the effects of any delays we do not accept liability for any delays which occur. Where a delay does occur we shall consult with the airline concerned regarding the provision of appropriate refreshments. Some protection is afforded by travel insurance, and you should ensure your insurance policy provides adequate cover for flight delays and cancellation.
Hotel ratings, bedrooms and meals
We are required by law to state the star rating of hotels. All star ratings stated are those given by the authorities of the country concerned and are an indication only of relative standards. Actual standards can vary between hotels of the same category. Similarly, as the basis for star ratings varies from country to country, hotels with the same rating but in different countries may not be of the same standard. Facilities in single rooms may differ from double rooms. Hotels charge a supplement for single rooms even where there is only one single bed, as the costs of the upkeep of the room is the same, regardless of how many people occupy it. Triple rooms may consist of a double bed and bed-settee or folding bed. Where dinner is included, it may be on a fixed menu basis with no choice, as opposed to buffet style. Please notify us of any dietary requirements. Depending on flight timings, dinner may consist of a cold plate on arrival at the hotel if the kitchens are closed.
Safety standards
Please note, it is the requirements and standards of the country in which any services that make up your holiday are provided which apply to those services and not those of the UK. As a general rule, these requirements and standards will not be the same as the UK and may sometimes be lower.
System errors
We try hard to ensure that advertised prices are up to date, and reflect the price you will pay when you book. However, prices can change and errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change and correct advertised prices at any time before your booking is confirmed.
In the event of your Confirmation of Reservation showing an incorrect price for your holiday, the price that will prevail is the price shown in our reservation system. Accordingly you may not seek to rely on system errors with a view to obtaining a holiday at less than the correct price, and any contract entered into upon a mistake, such as a wrong costing due to system errors, is not valid or binding.
Website information
You are asked to remember that hotel, resort or other facilities may not be available during your stay due to seasonality or may be withdrawn for maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances we shall bear no resulting liability. Please note: the duration/number of days includes the days of departure and return. Any photographs/illustrations contained in this website are purely representative of the type of places visited, and do not necessarily depict your exact accommodation/destination.
Third party websites
We are not responsible for the contents of websites of hotels or other suppliers and tourist boards etc. included in this website. Their contents do not form part of our contract with you nor can they be construed as representations by us.
Part five
Loyalty scheme
The Involved Holidays Loyalty Scheme rewards customers who book more than one holiday with us. It starts on 3rd October 2026 at 00:00 and replaces our previous percentage-based loyalty discount, which ends on 2nd October 2026 at 23:59.
1. About the scheme
1.1The scheme is run by Involved Holidays Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13072332, whose registered office is at Harborough Innovation Centre, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7WB ("we", "us" and "our").
1.2The scheme applies to bookings made on or after 3rd October 2026 at 00:00. Bookings made before that time remain subject to the loyalty terms in place when they were made.
1.3The scheme is open to account holders aged 18 or over who are resident in the UK.
1.4By holding an account or booking with a loyalty discount, you accept these terms, together with our standard booking terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
2.1Account means your online account with us, identified by your email address.
2.2Holiday means a package holiday booked with us. It does not include day trips, flight-only or accommodation-only bookings, event tickets, gift vouchers, or optional extras booked separately from a holiday.
2.3Lead booker means the person who makes the booking and is named as the lead booker on the booking confirmation.
2.4Scheduled holiday means a holiday on a departure that is open for sale to the public, as shown on our website or in our brochure.
2.5Private group departure means a departure arranged exclusively for a particular group and not open for sale to the public.
2.6Qualifying holiday has the meaning given in clause 4.1.
2.7Standard price has the meaning given in clause 4.1.
3. Your loyalty level
3.1Your loyalty level is based on the number of holidays booked on your account that count under clauses 4 and 8. Each booking counts once, however many people travel on it. A booking counts towards your level from the moment it is made, whether paid by deposit or in full.
3.2Passengers sharing a twin or double room or cabin must be booked together on a single booking.
3.3A booking counts only towards the account of the lead booker. Other passengers on the booking do not have it added to their own count. If the lead booker on a booking is changed with our agreement, the booking will count towards the new lead booker's account instead, from the date of the change.
3.4Holidays booked before 3rd October 2026 count towards your starting level as set out in clause 8. From 3rd October 2026 at 00:00, holidays count towards your level as set out in clause 4, including bookings made by phone and recorded against your account.
3.5We will match holidays booked before 3rd October 2026 to your account using the email address held on each booking. Holidays booked under different accounts or email addresses are counted separately, and we are not able to merge accounts.
3.6If you believe a holiday is missing from your count, please contact us. We will review it and respond within 14 days. If we agree that a holiday was missing, we will update your level and apply any additional discount you were entitled to on bookings made since that holiday should have been counted.
3.7The holiday you are booking also counts towards the level used for that booking, alongside your previous bookings. The levels are:
| Level | Holidays booked (including this one) | Discount per person |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 2 to 4 | £50 |
| Silver | 5 to 6 | £75 |
| Gold | 7 to 9 | £100 |
| Platinum | 10 or more | £125 |
3.8Your level and discount are set when the booking is made. If your level increases afterwards, the discount on earlier bookings will not be increased.
3.9You can view your current level in your account, or by contacting us.
4. Which holidays count and receive the discount
4.1A qualifying holiday is a scheduled holiday outside the UK with a standard price of £1,300 per person or more. The standard price is the price per person for the departure, as shown at the time of booking, including any single supplement, before any offer or promotional code, and excluding all other supplements, cabin or room upgrades, flight upgrades and optional extras. This applies to solo travellers and passengers sharing a room or cabin alike. Only qualifying holidays receive the loyalty discount. Scheduled holidays outside the UK with a standard price below £1,300 per person do not receive the discount, but do count towards your level.
4.2Holidays to destinations in the UK, including Northern Ireland, are not qualifying holidays and do not count towards your level.
4.3The loyalty discount, departure offers and promotional codes cannot be used on private group departures, as group pricing already applies. However, every private group departure counts towards the level of the lead booker, whatever its price or destination, and the loyalty discount earned can be used on qualifying scheduled holidays only.
4.4The discount is applied per person, up to a maximum of 5 passengers per booking. On a booking with more than 5 passengers, the discount applies to the first 5 passengers named on the booking, and the remaining passengers pay the price without the loyalty discount. For a booking to count towards your level, the lead booker must be travelling on it.
4.5Our new customer welcome offer applies only to your first booking as lead booker. As the loyalty discount only applies from your second booking, the two cannot apply to the same booking.
5. How to receive your discount
5.1The discount is applied automatically at online checkout when you are signed in to your account. It is not available on guest checkout.
5.2If you book by phone, our team will apply the loyalty discount manually where you have an account and the booking meets these terms. Phone bookings are recorded against your account and count towards your level in the same way as online bookings.
5.3The loyalty discount is only available on bookings made directly with us, not through a travel agent or other third party. Bookings made through third parties do not count towards your level.
5.4If the discount is not applied because of an error on our part, we will apply it once the error is identified, by reducing your balance or refunding the difference if you have paid in full. This does not apply to bookings made by guest checkout or through a third party.
6. Combining with other offers
6.1On qualifying holidays, the loyalty discount can be combined with departure offers and one promotional code per booking, subject to the terms and conditions of that offer or code.
6.2Where a percentage promotional code is also used, it is calculated on the price after your loyalty discount.
6.3The total of all discounts on a booking, including the loyalty discount, departure offers and promotional codes, will not exceed £250 per person. Where the total would exceed this, the promotional code will be reduced first and then the departure offer, so that the total is £250 per person. The loyalty discount itself will not be reduced.
7. Amendments, transfers and cancellations
7.1If you transfer a booking to another departure, or change it in a way that affects its price, the discount will be reviewed against the amended booking using the level that applied when the booking was originally made. If the amended holiday is no longer a qualifying holiday, including where the booking is transferred to a private group departure, the discount will be removed. The booking will continue to count towards your level unless the amended holiday is to a UK destination.
7.2Passengers added to a booking after it is made receive the discount only if the booking still qualifies and the passenger limit in clause 4.4 has not been reached. If passengers are removed, the discount for those passengers is removed.
7.3If you cancel a booking, it stops counting towards your level once the cancellation has been processed, and your level will be reduced accordingly for future bookings. Discounts already applied to other bookings are not affected, except as set out in clause 9.1.
7.4If we cancel your holiday and you transfer to an alternative holiday with us, the booking continues to count towards your level, and your original level and discount will apply to the alternative holiday where it is a qualifying holiday. If you choose a refund instead, the booking will stop counting towards your level.
7.5Cancellation charges are calculated on the price you have paid or agreed to pay for the holiday, after the loyalty discount has been applied.
7.6Except as set out in clauses 3.6 and 5.4, the discount cannot be added to a holiday after it has been booked. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, has no cash value if a booking is cancelled or refunded, and cannot be transferred to another person, except as set out in clause 9.5.
8. Customers of our previous loyalty discount
8.1Our previous percentage-based loyalty discount ends on 2nd October 2026 at 23:59 and cannot be used on bookings made after that time. Any booking made before then that received the previous discount will keep it, and will also count towards your level under clause 8.2.
8.2Your starting level in the scheme is based on the number of holidays you booked with us before 3rd October 2026, regardless of their price or destination. Each of those holidays counts once towards the levels in clause 3.7.
8.3Holidays booked before 3rd October 2026 that were cancelled, or booked through a travel agent or other third party, are not included in your starting level. Each holiday counts only towards the account of the lead booker, as set out in clause 3.3. Private group departures booked before 3rd October 2026 are included.
8.4Holidays booked from 3rd October 2026 at 00:00 onwards count towards your level only as set out in clause 4.
9. Fair use, errors and changes to the scheme
9.1If you cancel a booking, any discount already applied to your other bookings will normally stay the same. However, where we reasonably believe a booking was made and then cancelled in order to obtain a higher discount, we may, at our discretion and on a case by case basis, withdraw or reduce the discount on the affected booking to reflect the level you would otherwise have had. We will tell you first and give you the opportunity to provide information before we make a final decision, as set out in clause 9.3.
9.2If a discount is applied in error, including at the wrong level, we may, at our discretion and on a case by case basis, decide whether to correct it before the balance is paid. We will tell you first and give you the opportunity to provide information before we make a final decision, as set out in clause 9.3. If the correction increases the price of your holiday, you may cancel the booking without a cancellation charge by telling us within 14 days of our decision, and we will refund everything you have paid. We will not correct an error after the balance has been paid, except in cases of fraud.
9.3If we reasonably believe an account has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms, we may suspend loyalty discounts on that account while we investigate. We will tell you if we do so, and we will give you the opportunity to provide information before we make a final decision.
9.4We may amend or withdraw the scheme, including the levels and discount amounts, by giving at least 30 days' notice on our website and by email to account holders. Changes will apply only to bookings made after the change takes effect and will not affect discounts already applied to confirmed bookings.
9.5We will only close your account at your request or for the reasons set out in clause 9.3. If your account is closed, your level ends. Your account and level cannot normally be transferred to another person, but we may, at our discretion, move an account and its level to another person, for example on the death of the account holder. Discounts already applied to confirmed bookings are not affected.
10. General
10.1We use your booking history to calculate your level. We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy, available at https://involvedholidays.com/privacy-policy/.
10.2If you have a question or complaint about the scheme, please contact us at info@involvedholidays.com or by calling 01858 896 111.
10.3All holidays are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between those terms and these, these terms apply to the loyalty discount and your level, and our standard booking terms apply to everything else.
10.4These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

4.2The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Choosing and contacting the winner
5.1On 15 October 2026, one winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries with the correct answer. The draw will be made by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, or under the supervision of an independent person.
5.2We will contact the winner by direct message from the Involved Holidays Facebook page by 16 October 2026.
5.3The winner must reply within 7 days of being contacted, giving their full name and postal address and confirming they are aged 18 or over. If they do not reply in time, they lose the prize and we will draw another winner in the same way.
5.4We will only contact the winner from the official Involved Holidays Facebook page. We will never ask for bank details, passwords or any payment to claim the prize.
5.5We will post the prize free of charge to the winner’s address in mainland Great Britain or Northern Ireland within 28 days of receiving their details.
5.6We will announce the winner’s first name and surname initial (for example, “Sarah T.”) on our Facebook page and website within 7 days of the draw. Anyone may ask for the winner’s surname and county by writing to us at the address in clause 1.1 within one month of the closing date. The winner can object to this information being published or shared by telling us, but we may still have to give it to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
6. Your data, Facebook and general terms
6.1We will use entrants’ personal information only to run the Competition and deliver the prize, in line with UK data protection law and our privacy policy. We will not use it for marketing. We will delete the winner’s details once the prize has been delivered and any queries have been dealt with.
6.2This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Facebook and Meta from all liability connected with the Competition. Any questions should be sent to us, not to Facebook.
6.3We may disqualify anyone who breaks these terms, enters dishonestly or behaves abusively towards our staff or other entrants.
6.4We may change, suspend or cancel the Competition if something beyond our reasonable control prevents it from running as planned. Any changes will be posted on our Facebook page.
6.5Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or affects your statutory rights.
6.6Our decision on the result of the draw is final.
6.7These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
6.8Questions about the Competition can be sent by direct message to the Involved Holidays Facebook page or by phone on 01858 896111.
