Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty country bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
Method
- Lightly toast the bread.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the cut side over the bread until juicy.
- Rub lightly with the garlic clove.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and serve straight away.
