Terms and Conditions for Existing customers

The offer is available to Involved Holiday customers who recommend their friends or families to travel with Involved Holidays for the 1st time only. Current customers will receive £25 off UK Holidays or £50 off Overseas Holidays for every successful referred booking (no maximum).  Only previous customers who have travelled with Involved Holidays before are eligible to receive the “Recommend a friend” discount.. There is no limit to how many people you can recommend. However only four “Recommend a friend” discounts can be added to any single booking up to a maximum of £200. Please note if you are adding more than one “Recommend a friend” discount to a booking you will need to call our office to do so.   Discounts must be used within the same calendar year at the time of booking. The date of travel may be in the following year. Discounts can only be added to new bookings; they cannot be taken off existing bookings or balances. Discounts can not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including the Involved Holidays loyalty discounts. Involved Holidays reserve the right to refuse/cancel any discounts for any reason without any prior notice. The discount will be issued in the same currency as the referred customer’s booking, using current exchange rates. When the discount has been added customers will be made aware of the new balance for their holiday. The discount is only valid for 12 months and can not be used against any additional payments or booking whistle on holiday. Recommend a friend discounts are only available on bookings made directly with Involved Holidays. 

Terms and Conditions for New customers

 The £25 or £50 per person discount is available to new customers only when they book a holiday with Involved Holidays directly for the first time.They must have been recommended by an existing customer. We cannot apply the discount to existing bookings. Prices shown on the Involved Holidays website do not include the discount. The offer is applicable on any Involved Holiday, subject to availability. Upon receipt of your order confirmation, please check that the “Recommend a friend” discount has been applied. The offer can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions. The offer is subject to availability and Involved Holidays reserve the right to withdraw or refuse the discount at any time. Recommend a friend discounts can not be used towards private or exclusive groups bookings.
