Involved Holidays TERMS AND CONDITIONS: £100 off and FREE umbrella WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION.
- Introduction
These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to £100 off per person off holiday bookings and a Free Involved Holidays umbrella Gift Promotion made between 28th February February 2026 – 31st March 2026 on www.involvedholidays.com (the Website).
- The Promoter
Involved Holidays Limited a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13072332 , whose registered office is at Involved Holidays Ltd, Harborough Innovation Centre, Leicester Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire. LE16 7WB (Promoter).
- The Promotion
Purchase any holiday for 28th February 2026 – 31st March 2026 with Involved Holidays via the website or over the phone and receive a free Involved Holidays umbrella with your purchase (the Promotion) as well as £100 per person off your holiday. Please see full terms and conditions for the £100 off per person off promotion below in point 10.
Please note that purchasing gift vouchers does not count as a purchase of a holiday and will therefore not contribute towards the Qualifying Amount required to receive the free umbrella.
- The Gift (An Involved Holidays umbrella)
4.1. The gift is as detailed in the promotional advertising.
4.2. The Gift is inclusive of delivery costs within the UK and Northern Ireland only.
4.3. The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Gift and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.
4.4 The Gift cannot be exchanged. For example, the Gift cannot be exchanged in the event the wrong shade or size is sent.
4.5 In the event that any Holiday purchased as part of qualifying transaction are cancelled or not fully paid for and the qualifying transaction would therefore fall below the Qualifying Amount of full payment of the holiday, the customer will be required to return the Gift.
4.6. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Gift including (without limitation) travel costs, other than any specifically listed as part of the Gift above and for the specified periods of time (where applicable).
4.7 The Qualifying Amount is the amount of the full balance of the holiday and is the balance after any discounts have been applied.
4.8. The participant shall not, while using the Gift, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights).
4.9. One Umbrella per holiday booking that has been fully paid. NOT based on the number of persons in that booking.
4.10. Limited availability – There are a limited number of umbrella. The promotion will work on a first come first served basis. Involved Holidays will endeavour to fulfil all orders but may be subject to limited stock availability and has the right to cancel, refuse or stop the promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.11. The Gift will be sent to the lead passengers home address in the UK or Northern Ireland only. This will be sent approximately 10 days before departure of the start date of the holiday. This is approximate and is subject to delivery as per point 5.7
How do I participate in the Promotion?
5.1. To participate in the Promotion, participants must place an order on the Website or over the phone directly with Involved Holidays during the timeframe of the 5th February 2026 at 00:00 and 23:59 on the 16th February 2026 (Promotion Period) for one or more Holidays. The amount that the participant spends on the holidays must be equal to or more than the relevant Qualifying Amount (full balance payment).
5.2. Participants who make purchases outside the Promotion Period will NOT receive the Gift with their purchase.
5.3. As long as the participants purchase one or more Holidays and spend the relevant Qualifying Amount (Full balance payment without cancellation or curtailment, they do not need to order any other product on the Website in order to receive the Gift. However, certain delivery charges may apply in addition to the Products where applicable.
5.4. Participants may participate in the Promotion multiple times within the Promotion Period provided they purchase, on each occasion, Products at total value equal to or over the Qualifying Amount on one of the Websites.
5.5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for orders that are lost, regardless of cause, including, for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
5.6. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
5.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Gift being lost or delayed in the post.

- Eligibility
6.1. The promotion is only available to customers purchasing from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only on web pages of the www.involvedholidays.com website or over the phone directly calling 01858 896 111.
(a) employees of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies;
(b) anyone professionally associated with the Promotion;
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; or
(d) anyone who is purchasing the Product(s) at a discount, other than members of Involved Holidays Ltd.
6.2. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Promotion any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into the Promotion was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Promotion does not run as planned.
7.2. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:
(a) for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
(b) for fraud; or
(c) further than is permitted by law.

- General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
9.3. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.£100 off per person full terms and conditions
10.1.The offer is only valid on orders processed by Involved Holidays directly and not through any third party travel agents or sellers.
10.2.The offer is only valid on orders made before 23:59 on the 31st March 2026
10.3.Maximum discount of £200.00 ex.VAT
10.4.The minimum order value must exceed £300.00 in order to receive the £100 off per person per order.
10.5.The promotion is only valid on orders processed by Involved Holidays directly via www.involvedholidays.com and over the phone by calling 01858 896 111.
11.Use of the promotional code (‘Discount Code ‘WALK100’) at checkout gives a £100 off per person reduction from the current web price total basket price at the point of order.
11.1.The promotional code is only redeemable on products where no prior contractual price or discount has been loaded for the purchasing customer.
11.2.The promotional period is from the 28th February February 2026 – 31st March 2026
11.3.The promotional code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
11.4.The promotional code cannot be used in combination with any other offers, codes, or discounts.
11.5. The promotional code cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
11.6. To apply the promotional code, please enter it at the top of the checkout/basket page prior to completing your order, the promotional code cannot be retrospectively applied to a completed order.
- Prices shown in any marketing material may show the sale price including the promotional discount at the from price based on a London Gatwick flight on a specific date and destination. These prices vary depending on the date and departure airport chosen at the time of booking. Involved Holidays reserve the right to amend these prices at any time in accordance with their booking terms and conditions.
13 .Involved Holiday Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotional code where it becomes necessary to do so at any time without notice.
13.1.Cannot be used in conjuntion with private, group or bespoke holidays.
13.1. In the event of a pricing error, Involved Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend the holiday price to the correct pricing.
13.2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Involved Holidays Ltd may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a customer from using the promotional code.
14.Involved Holidays decision is final in respect of any dispute in connection with the promotional code.
